Randy E. Kleinman is a New York-based attorney with an extensive litigation background involving complex employment, entertainment, and commercial cases. Randy's clients include a wide variety of large and small companies, A-list entertainers, actors, athletes, entertainment executives, and production companies. He represents individuals and companies in New York, California, as well as throughout the United States and worldwide.

Over the course of his legal career, Randy has recovered over $30 million for his clients. As these cases carry high profiles, the media often reports on his work. Randy has been recognized as a New York “Super Lawyer” Rising Star in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 a peer-based award reserved only for the top 5% of all lawyers in New York.

Randy is also an author, and adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law. He received a J.D. from New York Law School, where he graduated with honors. Randy is admitted to the Bars of the States of New York, California, and Washington, D.C., and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Northern District of California.
