Michael G. Zelnick is Of Counsel at Kleinman Ginzberg LLP, where he focuses on transactional matters facing businesses and entrepreneurs. Michael structures, negotiates, and drafts strategic partnership, talent, joint venture, service and brand sponsorship agreements for a wide range of clients that include entertainers, influencers, designers and startup ventures across various industries. 

 

Michael also has significant legal experience counseling clients on matters of entity formation and intellectual property rights to identify new business opportunities and guard against potential threats to client assets. 

 

Michael is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York. He received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
